Shrimp, 16/20, tail on 36 ea.
TABASCO® brand Chipotle Pepper Sauce 2 bottles
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Tomatoes, small dice 4 ea.
Red onions, small dice 2 ea.
Cilantro, minced 1 bunch
Extra virgin olive oil 3 Tbsp.
TABASCO® brand Garlic Pepper Sauce 2 Tbsp.
Lemon, juice of 1 ea.
Lime, juice of 1 ea.


  1. Marinate shrimp in TABASCO® Chipotle Pepper Sauce, salt and pepper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine tomatoes, onions, cilantro, oil, TABASCO® Garlic Pepper Sauce, lemon juice and lime juice. Add salt and pepper.
  3. Sauté the shrimp in butter. Let cool.
  4. To serve, fill each martini glass halfway with the salsa. Stand 3 shrimp in the center of the glass. Serve cold.
