Pineapple, fresh 1 ea.
Avocados, fresh 2 ea.
Red chiles 1-1/2 ea.
Lime juice 4 Tbsp.
TABASCO® brand Garlic Pepper Sauce 4-1/2 Tbsp.
Cumin, ground 1 tsp.
Kosher salt 1 tsp.
Cilantro, fresh 4 Tbsp.


  1. Trim and core pineapple. Slice into 1/2-inch rings. Small dice the pineapple rings. Put into mixing bowl. Peel and seed avocado; slice, small dice and add to mixing bowl. Seed chiles, cut into brunoise and add to mixing bowl. Add lime juice, TABASCO® Garlic Pepper Sauce, cumin and salt. Stir gently with rubber spatula.
  2. Chop cilantro (stems and leaves) and add to mixture. Stir gently. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  3. Serve cold in 2-oz. servings.
