TABASCO® brand Chipotle Pepper Sauce 1/4 cup
Beer 3/4 cup
Vegetable or canola oil 1-1/2 Tbsp.
Sugar 1/8 cup
Salt 3/4 tsp.
All-purpose or bread flour 2-3/4 cups
Active dry yeast 2-1/4 tsp.

TABASCO® Chipotle Butter

Ingredients Weight Measure
Butter, unsalted, softened 2 sticks
TABASCO® brand Chipotle Pepper Sauce 1/4 cup
Cilantro, minced well 2 Tbsp.

Method

  1. For the Bread, add ingredients to bread machine according to order listed — wet first, then dry, then yeast.
  2. Use the normal crust setting (basic bread setting) for a 1-1/2 lb. loaf.
  3. For the TABASCO® Chipotle Butter, in a bowl, combine all ingredients until thoroughly incorporated.
  4. Place into sun or other Caribbean-themed-shaped molds for individual servings. Chill until firm; unmold.
  5. Serve bread along with TABASCO® Chipotle Butter.
