Pineapple 1 ea.
Papaya 1 ea.
Avocado 1 ea.
Macadamia oil 1/8 cup
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 3 tsp.
Sea salt, divided 1 pinch + as needed
Curry powder 1/4 tsp.
Tequila for garnish


  1. To prepare Sorbet, bring lime juice, TABASCO® Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce, sugar and water to a boil. Remove mixture from heat; let cool. Add lime zest and cilantro. Put mixture in sorbet or ice cream machine until frozen.
  2. To prepare Grilled Fruits, wash and slice fruits. Add macadamia oil, TABASCO® Original Red Sauce and sea salt. To pineapple only, add curry powder. Heat grill, sear and mark fruit. Remove from heat and bring to room temperature.
  3. To serve, plate grilled fruits along with sorbet. Drizzle tequila over platter and sprinkle with additional sea salt.
