Mango Sauce

Water 1/2 cup
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 1 Tbsp.

Cheesecake Filling

Cream cheese, room temperature 48 oz.
Eggs 6 ea.
Coconut extract 3 tsp.
Sugar 1-1/2 cups
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 1/8 tsp.


  1. For the Crust, mix all 3 items together; press onto bottom of 12 individual springform pans.
  2. For the Mango Sauce, peel and chop mango. Puree in blender with water and TABASCO® Sauce until desired consistency.
  3. For the Cheesecake Filling, preheat oven to 350°F. Whip all ingredients until light and fluffy. Pour into pans, half full. Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until set. Cool completely.
