Apple juice 9 cups
Lime, juice of 6 ea.
TABASCO® brand Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce 2 Tbsp.
Pineapple, cubed 3 cups
Mangoes, cubed 3 cups
Bananas, cubed 3 cups
Papayas, cubed 3 cups
Oranges, cubed 3 cups
Grapes, red seedless, halved 3 cups
Apples, cubed 3 cups
Jalapeños, whole, for garnish 12 ea.
Chives, for garnish as needed


  1. Combine apple juice, lime juice and TABASCO® Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce in a nonreactive bowl.
  2. Add fruits, stir and chill.
  3. To serve, ladle chilled coup into bowls. Garnish with a whole jalapeño and chives.
