Ingredients Weight Measure
Fruit juices, combine any three, such as peach, orange, papaya, mango, pineapple 1/2 cup ea.
Fresh fruits, such as mango, papaya, peach, kiwi, strawberry, 1/2" cubed 6 cups
Chili powder 1 Tbsp.
Garam masala 1 Tbsp.
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 1 Tbsp.
Coconut milk 1 cup
Brown sugar, firmly packed 1/2 cup
Lime juice, fresh 1/2 cup
Tequila 3 oz.
Salt 1/2 tsp.
Sour cream for garnish
Brown sugar for garnish
Mint leaves, fresh for garnish


  1. Combine fruit juices of choice, chili powder and garam masala in a stainless steel sauce pan. Simmer for 15 minutes, and then cool in an ice-water bath.
  2. Add TABASCO® Sauce, coconut milk, brown sugar, lime juice, tequila and salt.
  3. Add desired cubed fruits and marinate 4-24 hours.
  4. Serve in a soup bowl or mug, each with a dollop of sour cream sweetened with brown sugar and place a fresh mint leaf on top.
