CARIBBEAN HOT FLASH

Ingredients Weight Measure
Captain Morgan's® Rum 1 oz.
Mango nectar 1 oz.
Strawberry nectar 1 oz.
Pineapple nectar 2 oz.
Ice, crushed as needed
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 1/4 tsp.
Vanilla ice cream 1 oz.
Lime slice 1 ea.
Pineapple wedge 1 ea.
Strawberry, fresh, sliced lengthwise 1 ea.

Method

  1. In a blender, mix rum, mango, strawberry and pineapple nectar, crushed ice and TABASCO® Sauce. Blend until a slush texture.
  2. Pour into decorative 8 oz. cocktail glass. Place a 1 oz. scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.
  3. Garnish with a slice of fresh lime, pineapple wedge and sliced strawberry.

Yield: 1 serving
