Mint-Mango Salsa

Green onions, medium dice 1 oz.
JalapeƱos, split, seeded, small dice 2 oz.
Tomatoes, small dice 10 oz.
Red onions, small dice 6 oz.
Mangoes, medium dice 12 oz.
Mint, minced 1 oz.
Basil, minced 5 oz.
Lemon juice 1/2 oz.
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 2 tsp.

Chipotle-Strawberry Sauce

Strawberries, fresh 10 oz.
TABASCO® brand Chipotle Pepper Sauce 2 Tbsp.
Lemon juice 4 Tbsp.
Powdered sugar 1/2 cup

Method

  1. For the Grilled Grouper, season grouper with salt, pepper and pomace oil. Grill to desired doneness.
  2. For the Mint-Mango Salsa, combine all ingredients and chill.
  3. For the Chipotle-Strawberry Sauce, combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
