HOT CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

Ingredients Weight Measure
All-purpose flour 2 cups
Baking soda 1/2 tsp.
Salt 1/2 tsp.
Butter 6 oz.
Brown sugar 1 cup
Eggs 2 ea.
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 2 tsp.
Vanilla 1/8 tsp.
Semi-sweet chocolate chips 2 cups

Method

  1. Sift flour, baking soda and salt together.
  2. Cream butter, sugar and vanilla; mix well and add eggs and TABASCO® Sauce.
  3. Add flour mixture and chocolate chips.
  4. Drop heaping tablespoons onto a greased cookie sheet and bake at 350°F until lightly browned, about 8-10 minutes.

Yield: 36-40 cookies
