QUICK CHEESECAKE WITH HABANERO STRAWBERRIES

Ingredients Weight Measure
Cream cheese, softened 8 oz.
Sugar 1/3 cup
Sour cream 8 oz.
Vanilla extract 2 tsp.
Non-dairy whipped topping 1 cup
Graham cracker pie crust, 9" 1 ea.
Strawberries, hulled and sliced 16 oz.
Orange juice 1 cup
TABASCO® brand Habanero Sauce 1/2 tsp.

Method

  1. In a large mixing bwl, beat cream cheese until softened; gradually add sugar. Blend in sour cream and vanilla until well mixed. Gently fold in non-dairy whipped topping, blending well.
  2. Spoon into prepared graham cracker crust and chill.
  3. Marinate strawberries in orange juice and TABASCO® Habanero Sauce. Serve over cheesecake slices.

Yield: 12 servings
