ICE CREAM WITH HOT BUTTERSCOTCH SAUCE

Ingredients Weight Measure
Brown sugar 8 oz.
Corn syrup 2 oz.
Water 4 oz.
Butter 2 oz.
Heavy cream 2 oz.
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 1/2 tsp.

Method

  1. Combine sugar, corn syrup and water and boil until temperature reaches 320°F.
  2. Add butter, cream, and TABASCO® Sauce and return to heat for 2 minutes; cool.
  3. Serve over ice cream.
