Ingredients Weight Measure
Sugar 3/4 cup
Cream of tartar 1/4 tsp.
Egg whites 3 ea.
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 1/4 tsp.
Crème de cacao 1 oz.


  1. Mix sugar and cream of tartar together.
  2. Using an electric mixer, beat egg whites on high speed, slowly adding sugar mixture.
  3. After the whites are firm, turn mixer down and drizzle in TABASCO® Sauce and crème de cacao.
  4. Using a pastry bag and star tip, pipe kisses onto parchment-lined sheet pan and bake at 325°F until moisture is evaporated and cookies are slightly browned and crisp.
