HOT-HOT CHOCOLATE

Ingredients Weight Measure
Milk 1 qt.
Sugar 1/2 cup
Semi-sweet chocolate 3 oz.
Salt 1/4 tsp.
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 1/2 tsp.
Vanilla 2 drops

Method

  1. In a heavy saucepan, combine all ingredients and bring slowly to an almost simmering temperature, stirring constantly. Do not let it boil.
  2. Remove, cool slightly and serve.
