3-PEPPER SMOKY CORNBREAD

Ingredients Weight Measure
Cornbread batter 8 oz.
Red pepper, small dice 1 oz.
Green pepper, small dice 1 oz.
Yellow pepper, small dice 1 oz.
Red onion, small dice 1/2 oz.
TABASCO® brand Chipotle Pepper Sauce 1-1/2 tsp.

Method

  1. Add peppers, onions and TABASCO® Chipotle Pepper Sauce to batter.
  2. Bake in greased 6x4" pan at 350°F until lightly browned on top and firm to the touch.
