RICE-STUFFED PEPPERS WITH LEMON-PEPPER SOUR CREAM

Ingredients Weight Measure
Green peppers, medium 6 ea.
Rice, cooked 2 cups
Sour cream 1/2 cup
Lemon juice 1/2 Tbsp.
Dill, fresh, chopped 1/2 tsp.
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 1/2 tsp.

Method

  1. Remove tops of peppers and stuff with rice, bake at 350°F until hot.
  2. Mix sour cream, lemon juice, dill and TABASCO® Sauce.
  3. Serve a large dollop on top of the stuffed peppers.
