HABANERO VINAIGRETTE-MARINATED MIXED VEGETABLES

Ingredients Weight Measure
Mixed vegetables 2 lbs.
Olive oil 1/3 cup
White vinegar 2 Tbsp.
TABASCO® brand Habanero Sauce 1/8 tsp.
Mustard seed 1/8 tsp.
Salt to taste

Method

  1. Wash and medium-dice vegetables. Place in nonreactive bowl.
  2. Mix all other ingredients together and pour over vegetables.
  3. Marinate 4-6 hours and serve.
