ROASTED POTATOES WITH GARLIC, ROSEMARY AND OLIVE OIL RUB

Ingredients Weight Measure
New potatoes 24 oz.
Rosemary, fresh 2 Tbsp.
Olive oil 1 Tbsp.
TABASCO® brand Garlic Pepper Sauce 1 Tbsp.
Kosher salt 1 tsp.

Method

  1. Wash and dry potatoes; mix other ingredients.
  2. Rub spice mixture over potatoes and place on sheet pan.
  3. Bake in preheated 375°F oven until brown and tender.

Yield: 6-8 servings
