SPAGHETTI SQUASH WITH HABANERO-CINNAMON BUTTER

Ingredients Weight Measure
Spaghetti squash 2 ea.
Butter 4 oz.
Honey 1 tsp.
Cinnamon 1/2 tsp.
TABASCO® brand Habanero Sauce 1/4 tsp.

Method

  1. Split squash and bake-cut side down until tender. Scrape out "spaghetti."
  2. Mix softened butter and other ingredients until smooth.
  3. Toss spaghetti squash with butter mixture to coat.

Yield: 6 servings
