GARLIC MUSHROOMS WITH BASIL AND PARMESAN

Ingredients Weight Measure
Mushrooms, quartered 8 oz.
Olive oil 1 Tbsp.
Salt to taste
Garlic, fresh, minced 1 Tbsp.
Basil leaves, chopped 4 ea.
TABASCO® brand Garlic Pepper Sauce 1 Tbsp.
Parmesan 1 Tbsp.

Method

  1. Sauté mushrooms in olive oil.
  2. Add salt, garlic, basil and TABASCO® Garlic Pepper Sauce.
  3. Sprinkle with Parmesan and serve.
