STUFFED PEPPERS WITH RICE AND SPICY TOMATO SAUCE

Ingredients Weight Measure
Green peppers 6 ea.
White rice, cooked 24 oz.
Tomato sauce, divided 3 cups
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 1 Tbsp.
Parmesan cheese 2 Tbsp.

Method

  1. Remove tops from peppers.
  2. Mix rice with 2 cups sauce and TABASCO® Sauce and stuff into peppers.
  3. Top with remaining sauce and cheese and bake until hot.

Yield: 6 servings
