STEAMED VEGETABLES WITH SPICY ORANGE SAUCE

Ingredients Weight Measure
Honey 1 tsp.
TABASCO® brand Habanero Sauce 1/8 tsp.
Ginger, ground 1/4 tsp.
Lemon juice 1 Tbsp.
Orange juice, divided 1 cup
Cornstarch 1/2 tsp.
Mixed vegetables 2 lbs.
Olive oil 2 Tbsp.

Method

  1. Add honey, TABASCO® Habanero Sauce and ginger to lemon juice and 3/4 cup orange juice and bring to simmer.
  2. Dissolve cornstarch into remaining juice and whisk into sauce.
  3. Sauté mixed vegetables in olive oil 2-3 minutes and add sauce; simmer another minute and serve.

Yield: 8-10 servings
