STEAMED CARROTS WITH SPICY SAMBUCA SAUCE

Ingredients Weight Measure
Butter 2 Tbsp.
Cinnamon stick 1 ea.
TABASCO® brand Habanero Sauce 1/4 tsp.
Sambuca 2 oz.
Carrots, sliced, steamed 2 lbs.

Method

  1. Over medium heat, melt butter and add cinnamon, TABASCO® Habanero Sauce and Sambuca.
  2. Add carrots and glaze with sauce. Remove cinnamon stick.

Yield: 8 servings
