CURRIED RICE WITH HABANERO CHUTNEY SAUCE

Ingredients Weight Measure
Rice 1 cup
Curry powder 1-1/2 tsp.
Vegetable stock 2 cups
Chutney 8 oz.
Orange juice 1 Tbsp.
TABASCO® brand Habanero Sauce 1/8 tsp.

Method

  1. Mix rice and curry powder together and add water; microwave 10-12 minutes until done.
  2. Mix chutney, orange juice and TABASCO® Habanero Sauce together.
  3. Serve rice with a spoonful of chutney sauce on top.
