ZUCCHINI SAUTÉ WITH FETA AND SMOKY TOMATOES

Ingredients Weight Measure
Tomatoes, medium, diced 1 cup
TABASCO® brand Chipotle Pepper Sauce 1-1/2 Tbsp.
Zucchini, sliced 1 lb.
Olive oil 1 Tbsp.
Salt to taste
Feta cheese, crumbles 2 Tbsp.

Method

  1. Soak diced tomatoes in TABASCO® Chipotle Pepper Sauce.
  2. Sauté zucchini in olive oil until lightly browned; add tomatoes, salt and feta cheese.
