TWICE-COOKED GREEN BEANS IN GARLIC SAUCE

Ingredients Weight Measure
Bacon, diced 1 oz.
Garlic, minced 1 Tbsp.
Onion, minced 1 Tbsp.
Green beans, cooked and drained 1 lb.
Salt to taste
Granulated sugar 1 Tbsp.
Lemon juice 2 Tbsp.
TABASCO® brand Garlic Pepper Sauce 2 Tbsp.

Method

  1. Sauté bacon in skillet until crisp; remove bacon and drain.
  2. Return drippings to the skillet. Add garlic and onions; sauté until golden.
  3. Add green beans. Sauté until heated. Add salt and sugar. Toss to combine. Add lemon juice and TABASCO® Garlic Pepper Sauce.

Yield: 4-6 servings
