ROASTED VEGETABLES WITH GORGONZOLA & GARLIC SAUCE

Ingredients Weight Measure
Zucchini 8 oz.
Red pepper 8 oz.
Portabella mushrooms 8 oz.
Onion 8 oz.
Olive oil 2 Tbsp.
Kosher salt 1 tsp.
TABASCO® brand Garlic Pepper Sauce 2 Tbsp.
Gorgonzola cheese 1/2 cup

Method

  1. Large dice vegetables and rub with oil, salt and TABASCO® Garlic Pepper Sauce.
  2. Roast in 400°F oven or on grill until brown.
  3. Sprinkle with Gorgonzola and serve.
