Ingredients Weight Measure
Zucchini 8 oz.
Mushrooms 8 oz.
Eggplant 8 oz.
Red peppers 8 oz.
Oil, olive 1/3 cup
Vinegar, white 2 Tbsp.
TABASCO® brand Habenero Pepper Sauce 1/8 tsp.
Mustard seed 1/8 tsp.
Salt to taste
Pita bread 10 ea.


  1. Wash and medium dice vegetables. Place in non-reactive bowl.
  2. Mix all other ingredients together and pour over vegetables.
  3. Marinate 4-6 hours and grill.
  4. Slice pitas and fill with warm vegetables.
