GRILLED FISH WITH HABANERO TARTAR SAUCE

Ingredients Weight Measure
Mahi mahi or other firm fish, 4-oz. portions 8 ea.
Mayonnaise 1 cup
Pickles, small dice 1 Tbsp.
Lemon juice 1 tsp.
TABASCO® brand Habanero Sauce 1/2 tsp.
Kaiser rolls 8 ea.

Method

  1. Grill fish until done.
  2. Mix other ingredients, except rolls, together to make the tartar sauce.
  3. Place fish on roll and top each with 1 oz. sauce.
