SZECHWAN CHICKEN SANDWICHES

Ingredients Weight Measure
Teriyaki sauce 4 oz.
Honey 2 oz.
Apricot preserves 2 oz.
TABASCO® brand Habanero Sauce 1/4 tsp.
Chicken breasts, 4 oz. 8 ea.
Rolls, split 8 ea.

Method

  1. Mix teriyaki, honey, preserves and TABASCO® Habanero Sauce.
  2. Coat chicken breasts with the sauce and grill until done.
  3. Place chicken in roll and top each with 1 Tbsp. additional sauce.
