GREEK CHICKEN WRAPS WITH YOGURT SAUCE

Ingredients Weight Measure
Chicken breasts, 4 oz. 8 ea.
Yogurt 8 oz.
Lemon juice 2 Tbsp.
TABASCO® brand Habanero Sauce 1 tsp.
Garlic, minced 1 tsp.
Onion, minced 1 Tbsp.
Dill, fresh, minced 1 Tbsp.
Tortillas, 10" 8 ea.
Lettuce, shredded 4 oz.
Tomatoes, medium, diced 4 ea.

Method

  1. Grill chicken breasts, cool and slice into strips.
  2. Mix yogurt, lemon juice, TABASCO® Habanero Sauce, garlic, onions and dill together to make sauce.
  3. Divide chicken between the tortillas and top each with 2 Tbsp. sauce, lettuce and tomato.
