ITALIAN HOAGIES WITH SMOKY MUSTARD VINAIGRETTE

Ingredients Weight Measure
Dijon mustard 1 Tbsp.
Olive oil, divided 1/3 cup
Lemon juice 1/2 tsp.
Red wine vinegar 1 Tbsp.
TABASCO® brand Chipotle Pepper Sauce 1 Tbsp.
Salt to taste
Genoa salami 12 oz.
Capicola ham 12 oz.
Provolone cheese 12 oz.
Hoagie rolls 6 ea.
Lettuce, shredded 3 oz.
Tomatoes, sliced 3 ea.
Sugar 1/2 tsp.

Method

  1. Add mustard to stainless steel bowl and slowly whisk in 1/2 of the oil.
  2. Slowly add lemon juice and red wine vinegar.
  3. Drizzle in remaining oil, TABASCO® Chipotle Pepper Sauce and salt.
  4. Divide meats and cheese between hoagie rolls and drizzle on 1 to 1-1/2 Tbsp. vinaigrette. Top with lettuce and tomato.
