CHICKEN PARMESAN FOCCACIA FRA DIAVOLO

Ingredients Weight Measure
Breaded chicken cutlets, 4 oz. 8 ea.
Tomato sauce 3 cups
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 1 Tbsp.
Mozzarella cheese, shredded or sliced 8 oz.
Parmesan cheese 2 oz.
Focaccia bread 8 ea.

Method

  1. Fry or sauté chicken cutlets until thoroughly cooked.
  2. Combine sauces together; place 1-1/2 oz. on top of each cutlet.
  3. Top with cheeses and bake 2-3 minutes in preheated 350°F oven. Serve on focaccia bread.
