GRILLED HAM AND CHEESE WITH MUSTARD-HORSERADISH SAUCE

Ingredients Weight Measure
Mustard, spicy 2-1/2 Tbsp.
Horseradish 1/2 tsp.
TABASCO® brand Garlic Pepper Sauce 1/2 tsp.
Ham, smoked, sliced thin 24 oz.
Cheddar cheese, sharp 8 oz.
Rye bread 16 slices
Butter 2 oz.

Method

  1. Mix mustard, horseradish and TABASCO® Garlic Pepper Sauce.
  2. Divide ham and cheese between 8 slices of bread; top with 1 tsp. sauce and top slice of bread.
  3. Spread each outside with butter and grill until ham is warm and cheese is melted.

Yield: 8 servings
