PRESSED ROAST PORK SANDWICHES WITH GARLIC-FETA SPREAD

Ingredients Weight Measure
Pork loin, cooked and sliced 24 oz.
Feta cheese 4 oz.
Garlic 1 Tbsp.
Kalamata olives, pitted, chopped 1 oz.
TABASCO® brand Garlic Pepper Sauce 1 Tbsp.
Olive oil 1 Tbsp.
Cuban bread, 6"-long, sliced 8 ea.

Method

  1. Thoroughly mix feta, garlic, olives, TABASCO® Garlic Pepper Sauce and olive oil.
  2. Assemble 3 oz. pork on Cuban bread slice and top with 1 Tbsp. spread and another slice of bread.
  3. Place on sandwich press, and grill until crisp and warm.

Yield: 8 servings
