GRILLED FISH TACOS WITH HABANERO CHUTNEY

Ingredients Weight Measure
Fish portions, 3 oz. 24 oz.
Chutney 8 oz.
TABASCO® brand Habanero Sauce 1/8 tsp.
Orange juice 1 Tbsp.
Cabbage, shredded 2 cups
Tortillas, 10" 8 ea.

Method

  1. Grill fish and slice thinly.
  2. Mix chutney, TABASCO® Habanero Sauce and orange juice.
  3. Divide fish and cabbage between tortillas, top with chutney sauce and wrap.
