FLANK STEAK SANDWICHES WITH SPICY GARLIC PESTO

Ingredients Weight Measure
Pesto sauce 4 oz.
TABASCO® brand Garlic Pepper Sauce 1 tsp.
Hoagie rolls 8 ea.
Flank steak, grilled and sliced 32 oz.
Lettuce, shredded 8 oz.
Tomato, sliced 16 oz.

Method

  1. Mix pesto and TABASCO® Garlic Pepper Sauce.
  2. Slice hoagie rolls and place steak, lettuce and tomatoes on roll bottoms.
  3. Top with 1 Tbsp. spicy garlic pesto sauce and top of roll.

Yield: 8 servings
