SMOKEHOUSE BURGER WITH PEPPERED BACON AND CHEDDAR

Bacon slices 16 ea.
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 2 Tbsp.
Ground beef patties, 6-8 oz. 8 ea.
TABASCO® brand Chipotle Pepper Sauce 2 Tbsp.
Cheddar cheese 8 oz.
Hamburger rolls 8 ea.

Method

  1. Brush bacon strips with TABASCO® Original Red Sauce and bake until crisp.
  2. Grill beef patties. When done, brush with TABASCO® Chipotle Pepper Sauce.
  3. Melt cheese on patties and place on hamburger rolls.
