GRILLED LAMB CHOPS MARINATED IN PAPRIKA–TABASCO® GARLIC SAUCE

Ingredients Weight Measure
Worcestershire sauce 1-1/2 cups
Vegetable oil 1 gal.
TABASCO® brand Garlic Pepper Sauce 1-1/2 oz.
Garlic, granulated 5 Tbsp.
Salt as needed
Pepper as needed
Dry mustard 2-1/2 Tbsp.
Sweet paprika 2-1/2 Tbsp.
Shallots 2 heads
Parsley 2 bunches
Lamb chops 30 ea.

Method

  1. In a mixing bowl, add Worcestershire sauce and oil, and whip.
  2. Add TABASCO® Garlic Pepper Sauce, granulated garlic, salt, pepper, dry mustard, sweet paprika, shallots and parsley. Stir until well combined.
  3. Taste and adjust seasonings. Marinate lamb chops for at least 1 hour.
  4. Grill and quarter turn until the lamb chops are medium rare, or to desired doneness.
