Bamboo Rice

Bamboo rice 1-1/3 cups
Orange juice 4 cups
Ginger, minced 1/2 cup
TABASCO® brand Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce 2 Tbsp.


  1. For Chipotle Pepper Pork, clean and trim excess fat from pork loin. Slice pork into strips.
  2. Dredge pork into seasoned cornstarch and flour. Sauté pork strips in olive oil. Add ginger, garlic and scallions. Deglaze with remaining liquids.
  3. Reduce heat, add mangoes, pineapples and cilantro; simmer briefly.
  4. For the Bamboo Rice, simmer rice in orange juice and ginger. Add TABASCO® Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce and adjust seasonings.
  5. To serve, place Chipotle Pepper Pork on each plate. Use a ring mold to plate Bamboo Rice beside pork.
