Ingredients Weight Measure
Bacon, chopped 2 oz.
Portuguese sausage, chopped 2-1/2 oz.
Onion, chopped 1 oz.
Mushrooms, sliced 1 oz.
French bread 5 slices
Mayonnaise 4 oz.
TABASCO® brand Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce 1-1/2 Tbsp.
Mozzarella cheese, shredded 1/2 oz.
Cheddar cheese, shredded 1/2 oz.


  1. Sauté bacon, Portuguese sausage, onions, and mushrooms. Refrigerate until cooled.
  2. Toast French bread at 350°F until golden brown.
  3. Mix mayonnaise with TABASCO® Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce. Fold into the sausage, onion and mushroom mixture.
  4. Spread mixture generously onto French bread.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheeses over mixture.
  6. Bake at 350°F until cheese melts and starts to brown.
