Ingredients Weight Measure
Red grapes, cut each grape in half 1 bunch
Green grapes, cut each grape in half 1 bunch
Carrots, peeled and diced 2 ea.
Celery stalks, diced 2 ea.
Mangoes, diced 4 ea.
Mint leaves, chiffonade 8 ea.
Kiwis, peeled and diced 6 ea.
Turkey, smoked, diced 5 lbs.
Onion, medium, diced 1 ea.
Green apples, cut in slivers 3 ea.
Pears, cut in slivers 2 ea.
Mayonnaise 1-1/4 cups
TABASCO® brand Chipotle Pepper Sauce 4 oz.
Romaine lettuce, chopped 4 heads
Coconut, toasted, for garnish 2 cups
Blackberries, for garnish 2 pt.
Raspberries, for garnish 2 pt.


  1. Toss all ingredients together, except last 6 items.
  2. Mix mayonnaise and TABASCO® Chipotle Pepper Sauce together; add to turkey mixture.
  3. Let chill at least 1 hour in refrigerator.
  4. Serve garnished with toasted coconut, blackberries and raspberries.
