Ingredients Weight Measure
Eggs 4 ea.
Flour 4 Tbsp.
Cottage cheese 1 cup
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 1/4 tsp.
Parmesan cheese 1/2 cup
Sour cream 1 cup
Green onion, chopped 1 Tbsp.
Salt and pepper to taste
Ham, diced 2 slices
Monterey Jack cheese, grated 1 cup


  1. Combine eggs, flour, cottage cheese, TABASCO® Sauce, Parmesan cheese, sour cream, onions, salt and pepper.
  2. Place ham and Monterey jack cheese on the bottom of a 9" greased quiche pan or pie pan. Pour liquid mixture on top.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 30-40 minutes. Let rest 5 minutes before cutting.
