Frozen packaged puff pastry shells 6 ea.
Tomatoes, seeded 2 ea.
Cream cheese 12 oz.
TABASCO® brand Chipotle Pepper Sauce 6 Tbsp.
Red onion, chopped 1-1/2 ea.
Garlic, minced 3 Tbsp.
Crawfish tail meat with juice, cooked 3 cups
Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Follow manufacturer's directions for baking puff pastry shells.
  2. Place tomatoes, cream cheese and TABASCO® Chipotle Pepper Sauce in food processor and pulse until thoroughly mixed.
  3. Sauté chopped onion in an oiled pan. Add garlic and crawfish tails with juice to onions and continue cooking for 2-3 minutes. Stir in tomato mixture and remove from heat.
  4. Allow product to set up for 2 minutes before spooning into baked pastry shells.

Yield: 12 servings
