BEEF FOCACCIA WITH SHAVED PARMESAN AND MUSTARD-BASIL VINAIGRETTE

Dijon mustard 1/2 cup
Ketchup 1 Tbsp.
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 1 Tbsp.
Olive oil 1/4 cup
Lemon juice 1 tsp.
Basil, chopped 1 Tbsp.
Salt To taste
Focaccia bread, approx 8 in. 8 ea.
Romaine, chopped 1 head
Tomatoes, sliced 16 oz.
Red onions, shaved thinly 8 oz.
Parmesan cheese, shaved thinly 8 oz.
Top round, sliced 32 oz.

Method

  1. To make mustard-basil vinaigrette, in stainless bowl add mustard, ketchup, and TABASCO® Sauce together. Slowly drizzle in olive oil and lemon juice. Add basil and salt.
  2. Portion roast beef on focaccia bread and top with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and Parmesan.
  3. Sprinkle with mustard-basil vinaigrette and serve.
