ROAST BEEF WITH HAVARTI CHEESE, ARUGULA, AND RED CURRANT SAUCE

Ingredients Weight Measure
Roast beef, sliced 24 oz.
Havarti cheese 16 oz.
Arugula 4 cups
Red currant jelly 1/2 cup
Mustard 2 Tbsp.
TABASCO® brand Habanero Sauce 1/2 tsp.
Onion, red 8 oz.
French batard, 6 in. 8 ea.

Method

  1. Mix currant jelly, mustard and TABASCO® brand Habanero Sauce together. Microwave 15-20 seconds to dissolve jelly, stir well.
  2. Slice batard and portion roast beef, havarti and arugula.
  3. Spread with currant sauce, top with red onion and serve.

Yield: 8 ea.
