ROMA EGG SANDWICH WITH TOMATO, BASIL AND PROVOLONE

Ingredients Weight Measure
Tomatoes, medium 2 ea.
Basil, chopped 1 Tbsp.
TABASCO® brand Garlic Pepper Sauce 16 dashes
Salt 1/8 tsp.
Eggs 16 ea.
Italian hoagie roll 8 ea.
Provolone, sliced 1/2" 1-1/2 Tbsp.

Method

  1. Dice tomatoes and add chopped basil, TABASCO® Garlic Pepper Sauce and salt. Mix well.
  2. Scramble eggs with tomato-basil mixture.
  3. Divide between rolls and top with provolone.
