Ingredients Weight Measure
Bacon 24 ea.
TABASCO® brand Habanero Sauce 2 oz.
Sourdough bread, sliced 16 ea.
Mayonnaise 8 tsp.
Lettuce, shredded 4 oz.
Tomato, sliced 8 oz.


  1. Lay out bacon strips on lined sheet pan and brush with TABASCO® Habanero Sauce. Allow to soak in for at least 1 hour. Bake until crisp.
  2. Toast bread slices and spread each with mayonnaise.
  3. Top bottom slices with shredded lettuce, sliced tomato, 3 strips of peppered bacon and top slice.

Yield: 8 servings
