BREAKFAST CUBANS WITH SMOKED SAUSAGE, PEPPERS AND ONIONS

Ingredients Weight Measure
Cuban bread, 6-in. slices 8 ea.
Smoked sausage, 4-oz. links 8 ea.
Green peppers 6 oz.
Onions 6 oz.
TABASCO® brand Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce 2 Tbsp.

Method

  1. Slice, butter and toast bread.
  2. Slice smoked sausage and sauté with peppers and onions until brown and thoroughly heated.
  3. Add TABASCO® Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce, mix well and divide between bread slices.

Yield: 8 servings
