Ingredients Weight Measure
Bacon 8 ea.
Mushrooms, sliced 8 oz.
Spinach, cooked, chopped 8 oz.
TABASCO® brand Garlic Pepper Sauce 2 Tbsp.
Salt to taste
Eggs 8 ea.
Pita bread 8 ea.
Swiss cheese 8 oz.


  1. Dice bacon and cook in sauté pan over medium-high heat until crisp.
  2. Add mushrooms, spinach, TABASCO® Garlic Pepper Sauce and salt.
  3. Add eggs and scramble with bacon and vegetables. Remove from heat.
  4. Slice pita and put one slice of Swiss in each pocket. Divide egg mixture between pitas and serve.

Yield: 8 servings
